RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Once we get started with a project, a sample set of data is delivered for review prior to going ahead with the regular implementation of the project pipeline. There will not be any additional charges for making the corrections (if any) as per your feedback as long as they are technically feasible. Once the data has been provided to you, you will have 7 days to let us know about any issues with the data like missing records, improper formatting or noise. Upon bringing the issue into our notice, we will run re-crawls to fetch the data or fix other formatting issues with the given data sets. If the issues with the data are beyond repair, BotScraper will issue a full refund upon its own discretion within the valid feedback period as laid out in agreement. In cases where minor issues are present in the data or BotScraper fails to meet our SLAs, a prorated discount will be provided.
